I am going to organise a 25 mile run through the Northamptonshire lanes on Saturday 2nd September starting from my house at about 2pm.
Musterpit House is between West Haddon and Yelvertoft and about 4 miles from Stanford Hall. This will give those who make a weekend of the Gathering an opportunity to do something on the Saturday afternoon. Light refreshments will be available before and after the run. It would be great to get about a dozen or more Scotts and perhaps this will encourage more to attend the Gathering.

I have now planned the route through some delightful Northamptonshire countryside. We visit the highest point in the county and pass the monument to the Battle of Naseby. The route is 36 miles long.

There will be refreshments at the start and end of the run, please ring on 01788 510680 and leave a message or email me at ihparsons@tiscali.co.uk to give an idea of numbers or leave a message on this website.

Musterpit House is just outside Winwick, look out for the Scott Sign on the signpost at the crossroads.
