Can anyone help?
One of the many jobs required whilst resoring my 1925 2 speed super squirell is to work out the gearbox and why I can’t engage any gears,
Having removed and stripped the gearbox I think I’ve found the answer.
The thrust lever that opens the expanding rings doesn’t seem to work,it just moves without expanding.
Should there be some kind of wedge piece that fits into the thrust lever to expand the rings?
Any help would be much apreciated.
