Lifelong Scott lover and founder member of VMCC Charles (Titch) Allen, passed away 8.30am Thursday March 17th 2010 after a short period in hospital. The memory of his contribution to the preservation and use of historic motorcycles general and Scotts in particular will long be cherished by like minded people.
Funeral arrangements will be posted when known

I only saw him once at the Centennial in 2008 at Abbotsholme. Did not have a chance to talk to him but I could see he was truly enjoying it.
