John Lumley died about a year ago. My son was his accountant.
He left a rather decrepit two speeder, in pieces, to my son, in his will – there were no registration documents with it. When we went to collect it, there were the remains of another two speeder and a mid thirties Scott. Where they ended up, I’ve no idea!

We now have the registration documents for my sons 2 speeder and the number is UB 2379 which is a Leeds registration.

I have seen pictures of the Oz Scott – it is pretty well complete and original apart from the odd modification, but it is very much unrestored and a bit rough. I would not publish the pictures without Catrina Sargent’s permission. When we went to pick up the Scott bequeathed to my son, we found that it was completely dismantled, (down to the last nut and bolt and even those were missing!), incomplete and extremely rusty. The two other Scotts that we saw there were another 2 speeder and a mid thirties Scott. Both were incomplete, in pieces and again very rusty. Where they ended up I don’t know.
