Tucked away for several years in a festering cardboard box, I have three rear drive sprockets from Scott/Enfield rear wheels, that have a combination of broken and hooked teeth. In addition the inner bores are rather worn too, but I am loathe to throw them away. Can anyone advise me of a firm that could recondition them ? Years ago I used to use Roger Maughling, and then ‘Supersprox’, but I believe they are long gone. There is precious little wall thickness to be able to fit a sleeve in the inner bore, and perhaps the worn areas could be built up with metal spraying, and I can see costs zooming up at such ideas….
Alternatively, is anyone prepared to have a stab at supplying new ones ?

P.S. Various firms used the same basic hub,( but with less offset to their sprockets and other minor differences), including Brough Superior, Panther, Norton CS1, and of course Royal Enfield themselves. Presumably they have similar problems, and perhaps their owners’ clubs can supply an answer ?
