Hi all,
Just a reminder that it is my Eastern Section September meeting on Sunday September 9th, at our usual venue, the Buttercross Inn, which is in the Market Place, Bingham, Notts.. We meet in ‘The Snug’, a room near the bottom of the main staircase, at about 10am until 12 noon. As it is a Weatherspoons pub the doors open at 8am, so early arrivals can have a very inexpensive, but very nice ‘Full English’, or perhaps just a bacon cob. Buy your first tea or coffee, and refills are FREE all day. I hope to have Andrew Cunningham with me, who lives in Suffolk, and is the owner of another 1928 ‘works’ I-o-M Senior TT machine. It was supercharged for a while, many years ago, when owned by Graham Kirk.
As usual, all welcome, members, ex-members, prospective members, friends, and hangers-on, and even Mr and Mrs Editor, nudge, nudge….
Brian
