Any help in identifying the year and model would be very helpful. The frame has been stripped many years ago primed and painted black. It will need doing again so I will look for the frame number aided by paint stripper a wire brush and scraper. I am a member of the Scott owners club and will submit the details of the machine when I have the frame number. My uncle tod me this was much later than 1928, he thought it was late 30’s 1937 to be exact.
