I have a record card for a 3 Sp Flying Squirrel with FY 1140A for an owner in Bradford. There is no record of the Frame number but the registration number UA 4697 is a Leeds issued number in Jul/Aug 1928. It’s not on the DVLA database. Could this be the bike?
