I will keep looking for you – bikes (especially Scotts) turn up in the strangest places.
Other things to consider about the one that got away – the engine was apparently a powerplus replica engine from 1931. The forks could be Brampton girder which was correct for 1934/5 but look a little too lightweight. The handle bars were set too high and chromed and on close inspection appear to be 7/8 inch rather than 1 inch and stove enamelled as supplied. Not that I’m being pedantice, mind!
