Ray Pettett who trades as Double Curvature Sheet Metalwork in Bestwood, Nottm., would be able to repair or recreate a tank for you. A couple of years ago he put a replacement cylinder wall oiling pump onto the bottom of one of my 1928 works TT tanks and repaired some other damage at the same time. Years ago he made a complete tank for Val Wards special Scott so he could do the same for you.
