The mounting studs for Bentley and Draper “Stabilizers”, the friction dampers on Scott Kite-shape forks, are threaded 0.5″ x 20 TPI. Yours must be well and truly “weathered”!
Barry Jackson does excellent “repro” B&D stablizers.
