I did enjoy the photos of your splendid bike.
The elegant inclusion of a Japanese throttle controlled pump from something like a Yamaha two stroke is something worthy of study.
If you know who did this modification, would it be possible to discover some information about what pump it was and how it was fitted to the Scott. This with a couple of photos of its installation on your bike with the cover removed, might be of considerable interest to many of us.
