I started to write a response but realised that I needed to expand the text to get a complete picture of primary drive dynamics. I also needed to write a piece for the next newsletter, so I sent the text to Graham Parker to include in the next newsletter, which I gather is quite near to completion.
Unfortunately the time I can afford to spend not doing productive work is limited, so please be patient.
