Hi, Lee, I agree with Brian the post war scotts I saw in the 50’s all had black wheel centres with red lines. The only one I have seen with red was at the rally some years ago and also one on Ebay but I think this was the owners choice and not how it left the factory. I myself think they look better black with red pinstripe. Ted.
