I do not have SV8279 on the Register but this engine was in a 1929 TT Rep registered GU 7930. This reg is now on a Frazer Nash so I suspect it is the same bike. It used to belong to Jack McEwen in the 1990’s. The engine is a 1930 engine. As Brian says it is not quite correct but it is the basis of an enjoyable bike to ride. It is not clear if the frame lugs for the handchange are still there and the rear brake backplate and torque arm look a little homemade.
