I think that is a Flyer answer to a Super question.
Taking out a Super type engine from a two-speeder frame is a bit of a chinese puzzle requiring patience if paint is not to be chipped but the route suggested – to remove manifolds and transfer ports and exhaust stub does make it possible. If memory serves well the engine needs to be lifted and moved rearward so that one cheek of the crankcase sits one side of the single down tube and the flywheel will be on the other. then turn sideways slightly to release it.
