My friend’s ’47 Scott certainly has a roll on centre stand. Whether yours was fitted with one depends on whether or not you have the mounting lugs. It’s not possible to see from the pictures you posted on the forum of your Scott but if you bike had been fitted with a roll on centre stand there would be two lugs sticking down below the lower frame tubes just below where the rear brake pedal pivots. I may be able to help with the stand parts. If you are talking about a prop stand, they were not fitted as standard, but you can buy prop stands on line or you can usually find them at bike jumbles. They usually need to be adapted to fit.
