Thanks Richard. you are correct. I have already asked the owner to find out the information needed by the Italian registration authorities.
The bike is on club records so I have asked Ian Parsons if he has record of the Reg No when in UK, if he is allowed to divulge this.
Any idea of past owners would then be good R
