My local car accessory/spares shop sells two or three different red coolants such as the type recommended for VW/Audi/Seat/Skoda group vehicles. Not expensive, but you use it undiluted. A traditional antifreeze additive is OK provided that it is methanol-free, and they should be used at a 30% concentration.
