Hi, I have seen elbow connectors, similar to the ones used to connect the pipes from the oil pump to the crankcase drillings, and also small banjo connectors, held in place with dome-head nuts. From memory, the drillings into the barrel, were an unusual thread size, something like 7/32″ or 9/32″ @ 26 TPI, but I will check tomorrow.
