I would be inclined to go for a fairly easy push-in fit, sealed with an exhaust paste compound. If you have a fixing bracket between pipe and bottom frame rail, it shouldn’t need any other fixing, but if you have no bracket on the two-inch pipe I would probably drill and tap the underside of the manifold, and install a 1/4″ diameter grub screw to stop the pipe working its way out. Without sealant you will probably get a persistent oily leak at the joint, and once it gets baked on it is a swine to clean off.
