thanks bob and brian … I got an email back from a guy in Liverpool Council (unbeleivably within 2 hours) … to say that he had 2 sets of records and he couldn’t find my reg. in either set of records.
So it looks like VMCC despatch books is the last hope… I suspect that one has to be a member to access these? As I am already a member of 3 clubs I don’t really want to join another right now… dang!
Has anybody gone through this process with VMCC … was it easy?
