Hi Dave, I don”t reckon your engine was fitted to a Brum Scott. The closest engine numbers to yours (DPY 5531), fitted in a Brum is 5543, (early 1959.Reg) I bought DPY 5513 ,new (old stock) from Aerco Jig & Tools about 15 years ago,and DPY 5534 was one of about ten complete engines remaining from the Shipley stock.at this time. Can”t be any left now.
