How bad is it? Can you live with a slow leak and top up whenever you stop? I had a dreadful rad my first Abbotsholme but got round that way. In the end I lashed out on a new rad. You might find LS-X sealant helpful, from a plumbers, smear it on the outside of the leak once you have dried it off.
