From the record card that John Underhill made, it seems like the bike was previously owned and raced by Joe Diver, but the card shows two different frame numbers ! Has anybody got a photo of Joe Diver riding it ? ( It may have had the registration number KD9628 when used on the road). From John Underhill’s notes it looks as if the frame alterations took place as late as 2000.
