It looks standard to me, and I have had several through my hands over the years. They were supplied with either the adjustable dial-faced Enots drippers, or taps like those in the photos, that had restrictors in their inlets, something like a carburettor jet, and so there was no need to try and adjust the flow…. It was just a matter of fully opening the taps every now and then.
