John Farrar is still around I believe, and perhaps will reply to this posting if he sees it. Is PSV 161 the original registration ? I ask because it looks like one of those “age-related” numbers issued in recent years. I’m assuming that it is a Birmingham Scott (?), in which case if you give us the frame and engine numbers, someone like Geoff Case or Ian Parsons should be able to give you chapter and verse on the bike.
