Well it appears to be a late model TT Rep, with the correct engine, tank, forks, maybe gearbox, etc., as a starting point for a rebuild, but there would be a lot to throw away ! When I first saw the oil tank (?) I thought that it looked very similar to a 1929 works TT tank, but perhaps only the top bit is a tank, with the rest hiding a magdyno, and so the plate on one side of the tank may be the cover over the gears between the mag and the dynamo… There are control cables to very strange places, and the whole thing is a puzzle. I just can’t remember where I have seen a rear mudguard like that before…
