The standard high gear sprocket has 25 teeth. However, I suggest it’s best to alter the output sprocket to change the ratio. They are supplied with 19,20,21 or22 teeth and are
available from Ken Lack.
As an aside, a 42tooth sprocket is considered the best low gear sprocket to give the
easiest chain adjustment for both sides but the size can be altered to suit your local
riding terrain.
