Gents. The casting on the double air levers I have had let go on me as I was tightening it up and one side of the thread just cracked and fell away. I can get it repaired I suppose but I would prefer a replacement. Someone has suggested opening out a 7/8 pair which is doable but has any body got any experience in this. The right size grindstone should do it. Any ideas anybody. Ta, Will.

Without seeing the damage hard to tell. The thread might well take a helicoil if not might braze up or fit a flanged nut which is common. Take a picture if you can. Double levers appear on E Bay at various prices , some 7/8″ ones have enough substance to bore out. You can PM me on facebook. Phil
