Does anyone out there know of the existence of a 1925 works TT entry, 596ccs Flying Squirrel. My Uncle then my mother owned such a machine that was obtained through a family connection with the then works manager, Matt Rowley. The bike was almost unique insofar as my information is that there were only three made. This machine, registered number WU 1541, was the spare bike and never actually raced. My uncle purchased the machine after the race.
Basically my enquiry is out of curiousity and the wish to provide the owner, if he or she exist, with valuable provenance.
So come on you Scott enthusiasts and spread the word.
