I have the following Flying Squirrel parts for sale, surplus to requirements, following change of plans. There is about 50% of a bike here, I was going to build a second bike, but now I’ve decided to sell the parts.
Frame No 3526 Year unknown, no log book. Sandblasted, now light surface rust.
Front wheel for double sided brake. (very rusty)
Front wheel spindle
Dowty Oleomatic bottom fork yoke +stem
Fork lowers, damper rods, seals etc, bushes, but no tubes
2 front brake assemblies with shoes
Brake compensator assembly
Tank(fits frame) Oil +fuel, (no filler caps,or taps)
2 front mudguard stays.
Crankcase DPY 4914 +1 door + strap.
2 Cranks + gland seals + keys.( NOTE: no pistons or conrods!)
Various main bearing parts,rollers etc.
Barrel + studs +020 oversize?
Cylinder head + new gasket+ chromed nuts to fit.
Flywheel + bolt. Primary drive and magneto drive sprockets fitted
Clutch complete, needs inserts.
Special clutch release mechanism. (double cam type)
Standard clutch release arm
Gearbox no. 4304(W)with ratios 18/25, 17/26, 21/22. I would be interested to know what these ratios were used for!
