The AGM and The Annual Gathering is due to take place over the weekend of 9th and 10th October at National Motorcycle Museum.
The itinerary for the weekend is as follows:
SATURDAY 9TH OCTOBER 2021
AGM at National Motorcycle Museum – Balcony Suite
As with previous years, the AGM is due to start at 10:30am and there is onsite café which will be open for refreshments including hot/cold drinks and sandwiches and cakes. They are open from 8:30am to 5:30pm.
Following the conclusion of the AGM, the John Underhill Memorial Run will take place. This is likely to be a gentle ride out starting at the Motorcycle Museum and through the Warwickshire/Leicestershire countryside of little more than 45 miles, perhaps to another venue for refreshments.
SUNDAY 10TH OCTOBER 2021
Meet at National Motorcycle Museum. An area has been reserved as per previous years outside and bikes can be displayed. Admission to the event is free and there is no restriction on auto jumble and car boot sales. In addition, members will be entitled to free entry into the Motorcycle Museum courtesy of the Club. There is a café restaurant at the Museum and indoor facilities can be used in the event of inclement weather.
