With great regret,the time has come to part with my 1957 brummy. I bought it in 1984 and it has been restored,used,and improved ever since. It has been rallyed in Ireland,Scotland,IOM Manx rally(three times)where it won “best post war”bike. It was awarded “visitors choice”best in show, and best “post war” at the Welsh Classic Bike Show. I consider it to be one of the best Brummy Scotts around. It was fitted with a new unused engine,(ex Shipley/ Aerco jig &tool stock) which has now done about a thousand miles. This is a fully sorted riders bike,with a few mods to make it better to ride.It has a Gerry Howard oil pump speed reduction box,a splittable and repackable silencer,battery isolater switch,etc. The bike is painted Maroon and black, Very pretty!
