on the underside of my Clubman Special fuel tank there is a bolt that goes through to the petrol side which holds a 1 1/2 inch semi-circular “bracket” of flat mild steel. Any ideas what its for please?
It sounds the same as the one on my late – ’49 Flyer. It’s there to hold the wiring loom up out the way of the carb Etc.
