I was missing one brake shoe and was able to purchase an original (NOS) one from Velocette. I did buy a couple of front shoes from an importer here in Australia but was not impressed with the quality as they were made in India. I think they suited an enfield but I can’t remember. Here is a link to a smorgasbord of them. KP

These ones could be close. https://en.vintage-motorcycle.com/index.php?language=en&site=4&pid=219&id=320&limit=0
The difference was in the width of the anchor point. I was going to make up the difference at the anchor point by fitting an o’ring on either side at the anchor point to stop movement. Its an option if you can’t get originals.
