Having finally stripped my 1947 three speed gearbox down and found a solid 19/14/25 layshaft.
Does anyone have a spare built up layshaft (ideally with some or all of the 21/14/25 layshaft gears and a 22T mainshaft gear) available?
I will be at Abbotsholme on Sunday.
