I have a very nice refurbished 3.25″ diameter 70mph Cooper Stewart speedometer (the works look as-new inside). If anyone wants it, make me an offer before it goes on Ebay.
I was going to get the face screen printed to indicate 90mph by a member of the Morgan Owners Club (cost £40 and is exactly like the original), but didn’t bother, as I will be using my Cowie.
The Morgan Owners Club advised me that this model was produced from the early 1930’s.
I also have a refurbished pre-1930 Lucas MS31 headlight complete with brackets (also refurbished). The headlight is 5.75″ diameter and, I think, was fitted to the lightweights or as a pair, on Broughs (I wonder if the Reynold’s Special had a pair as well?). Unfortunately, no switch (they do turn up occasionally on Ebay). Again, offers if you are interested, otherwise it will go on Ebay.
