Hi there. I’m after a serviceable cylinder head for my DP600cc long stroke Scott. Have any of you lovely people out there got any advice on where I could source one?
I have one from a DPY engine, it has some oxide deposits but I think it should clean up ok.
Let me know if you get stuck —
Roger Moss sells very new high performance heads manufactured from higher strength aluminium compared to the original material used
Richard Blackburn is a likely source, Regards
I checked Scottparts before I posted my reply, no heads listed, but an email may elicit a positive response.
Re the Moss head, that now adorns my Flyer, which is why I have the original part left over.
I was intending to keep all the original bits available for the next custodian, but if someone is desperate, then that is a better use for the parts.
Thanks oldguy ,I would like to take you up on your very kind offer I’m sure with a surface grind it will come up okay and keep my squirrel singing , how much do you need ?
