decompressor mechanism

Can anyone help?

I would like to re- install the decompression system on my 2 speed super but am missing the operating lever that opens the valves.
Does anyone have any info/pictures of whats required or would anyone have any spares they would be willing to sell.
Any info would be much apreciated
