As some of you may know i have been trying to put as many miles on my 2 speeder as i can in preparation for this years banbury run.The one and only time i have failed to complete the banbury run was on my last scott.
Anyway i went out on friday afternoon and everything was well until it started to run rough at low revs.On further investigation the inlet manifold had split all the way around.There is an insert in the manifold which brings the stub to 11/4″ od.Around this area the metal is wafer thin and i had it welded on saturday and today i have tried it and it has split again.So the up shot of this is that i desperately need another manifold so i can keep this bike on the road.Any help or leads very much appreciated.
