Mallory Park has been operating for years, yet people buy houses nearby, then complain bitterly about the noise ! What do they expect !? If the same people lived in London they would buy a house next to Heathrow Airport, and then complain about the noise. At least very few folk live near Cadwell Park, so they don’t have the same problem. When I used to live a few miles from the Rolls-Royce test bed (Hucknall, Nottm.), they used to run jet engines night and day, for weeks on end, and complaints eventually forced the closure of the test bed, even though RR had been there since before most of the houses were built, and hundreds of locals worked there !
Fingers crossed for Mallory Park, and all the local businesses that rely on visitors for their income, especially all the guest houses, B&B’s, and hotels.
