Hi all, Just a quick reminder that our October meeting is on Sunday October 12th at our usual venue, The Haven in the Vale pub/hotel, which is on the A52 road between Bingham, Notts., and Grantham, Lincs.. We meet at 10am, and all members, ex-members, prospective members, Scott fans, and friends, are all assured of a warm welcome.

Can’t you just tell them that you were testing the new dual-mass flywheel in the Alfa ? Or was it on two wheels ?

Ha ha. Don’t think that excuse would wash as it was before I did the flywheel. I’ve only been done for speeding twice and its been in the car both times and then only just above the limit (this time was 67 in a 60). Mind you, I have had a few close shaves on bikes…..
