Electric Start

Does anyone out there know how to put an electric start on my 2 speed Scott? I have read that John Underhill has done this, but I’m not sure how to contact him. Any suggestions! Cheers, Catrina.

I have posted your enquiry on to John Underhill, I hope he will reply to you direct.

My friend Jack Smith, 86 and still riding, has the view that any vintage bike that is “set” properly should not need mechanical or electrical assistance to start it! Mind you, he doesn’t like Scotts, so he is not right about everything!
