Electric start two speeder?

Hi,

I found this two speeder for sale and noticed that this 1923 model has an electric starter fitted!

Does anyone know this bike? Seems like a very interesting conversion! From the pictures it seems it is not an actual starter that turns the engine over but a conversion that makes the kickstarter electric..

I don’t know this bike but I bought some of the late John Goss’s spares and was shown some of the things he had worked on. He was certainly a man who knew his Scotts. This one looks like a really nice, useable machine, not that I am any kind of expert.
