A Scott engine is for sale by a museum in Jutland, Denmark. A friend of mine saw it at the Herning Market this weekend. The vendor wanted 3000 Danish Kroner (ca. £340), surely negotiable. According to my friend, the engine looked relatively complete, but fairly worn. It turned OK. According to the vendor, the museum has more parts for sale.
The vendor thought that it is from a 1928-model, which is possible, but whether it came from a Super Squirrel or a Standard model, will have to be investigated.
