Exhaust for Flying Squirrel 1929

Hello, I am preparing a 1929 Flying Squirrel. The bike was restored for a collection in Lower Austria in the 1970´s. Unfortunately the exhaust is of the type how someone imagined “racing”. Two separate strait pipes! I am now looking for the standard exhaust. Is there any information available how/where I can get a replica exhaust?

I have just come across your post and wondered if you might be selling the two exhaust pipes assuming you get a nice two in one original.

Yes why not. The pipes are in Germany. I am curious how you would manage the shipping to UK with all the Brexit issues. The pipes have never been used. The bike was in a private museum in Austria and later in Germany.

thanks for replying to me regarding the Scott exhausts.

I think you may be right that brixit complications and costs will make this just a lost dream for me.

If you could find a postage price and let me me know how much you want for the pipes I’ll see if I can afford them.
