Fit of two speed clutch rings in clutch drums

Could anyone tell me the sort of fit the clutch rings should have in the clucth drums in a two speed gear? Mine seem pretty tight (hard to turn by hand, oiled a bit better) but nut blued by heat..

Any idea?
