Should the top spindle (the one that carries the wishbone selector) have a locking nut ?. If not, what is there to stop the nut unscrewing and allowing the ball bearing to drop out ?.
Once the ball bearing has dropped out (and it has) is there a little wrinkle for putting it back in without taking the engine out !!! ?
Furthermore I cannot get the positive stop mechanism to work, everything appears to be in good order with little wear and correctly assembled.
Any ideas ?
