FREE GEARBOX OIL AT THE RALLY !!

Some years ago the late Roger Lane gave me a five-gallon drum of 140 grade gearbox oil, “for Eastern Section members”. Convinced that it was going with me to the grave, wrapped around my neck like the albatross in “The Rhyme of the Ancient Mariner”, I have been trying to dole it out ever since, with very few takers….
I will therefore take it to the Rally ( yet again !). If YOU want some, FREE, please bring a suitable container. I will provide the oil, a funnel, and some rag, and you can have a pint or so with my blessings.

I bet that oil has a nice Gold sheen to it.. 🙂 ..shame you can’t send any to Australia as we arn’t having any luck getting anything Gold out of London right now !!! 😳

Actually it’s quite a dark colour…..
As regards the Olympics, I’m amazed how well we are doing with ‘only’ 60 million people to choose from. There are over a BILLION Chinese for instance, so it’s no wonder they do well !
